Shima Katouzian AKA HeroSheema is the founder of www.herosheema.com . 

 A project that was born out of the desire to embrace intersectional feminism and offer equal opportunities to all women. Women from every group, nation, ethnicity, background, beliefs and experiences to share their art and walk into the fascinating world of Fashion by becoming The HeroSheema Designer. 

Shima Katouian as a former employee of UNHCR, United Nations High Commissioner of Refugees, was assigned to interview women under sexual and gender based violence, where she found out the reason behind every secret in a woman is NOT SHARING. but It's no secret that opportunities for women often come from other women, especially in male-dominated fields. 

By helping to gather all women in every field and speaking in the language of art, women would both share and learn. Learn about others' culture, difficulties and hardship. To appreciate ours and learn from others. 

Shima Katouzian, was born in 1988 in Tehran, Iran. growing up with books, art and the skill of writing.
